Life-Line-Clinic owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the worldwide copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, patents, and other intellectual and proprietary rights associated with the our Services and Content, with the exception of where applicable with regard to your User Content. It is prohibited to start a business, resell, redistribute, recirculate, or use any other part of the our Services or the Content for any other commercial purpose. This includes any software code. You can't even make copies of other works or materials. If we discover that a user has repeatedly violated the proprietary rights of any third party, we reserve the right to suspend the user's access to the our Services. At our sole discretion, we may examine any User Content, conduct an investigation, or take the necessary action against you. However, we are under no obligation to do so.

You agree to indemnify and hold Life-Line-Clinic (and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents harmless) from any claim or demand made by a third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of the our Services or Content, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of the Terms of Use. You also agree to release, indemnify, and limit your liability. This includes expenses and fair legal fees. or (d) you breaking any existing regulations or laws. Life-Line-Clinic provides the our Services "as is," and the company makes no guarantees regarding them. Life-Line-Clinic has no control over links to third-party websites, apps, or services, including social media platforms. As part of our efforts in affiliate marketing, we may allow the embedding of third-party affiliate links on some of our our Services. Consequently, we may receive a commission if you click on or make a purchase through third-party affiliate links.

Termination Life-Line-Clinic reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to delete any User Content (as that term is defined in the Terms of Use below) or information stored, sent, or received via the our Services, as well as your account, password, access to the our Services, and use of them.

Modifications to the Terms of Use We may update the Terms of Use on the our Services to reflect upcoming modifications. You will be considered to have accepted any changes for life if you continue to use the our Services.

The Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, notwithstanding any law that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Severability and Governing Law Governing Law and Severability. The Terms of Use, which also include the Privacy Notice, contain the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the our Services. If one of the Terms of Use's provisions is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions will not be affected, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be considered modified to the greatest extent permitted by law.
